Mr. Neupane has more than 16 years of experience in operations and management. He holds a Post Gradate degree in Management from IMT Ghaziabad.
He is versatile and dynamic with a wide range of management experience.
He is also an entrepreneur and is associated with multiple organizations.

Mr Aryal is a capital market expert, who brings 30 years of national and international professional and academic experiences. He specializes in corporate finance, investments, securities analysis, portfolio management, investment banking, equity research, fixed income analysis (bonds & securitization), structured products, derivatives (options, futures & commodities), risk analysis etc.

Mr. Aryal is a Founder, Chairman and CEO at Chartered Wealth Management (CWM), Kathmandu. Aryal is a MBA, TU and MS (Finance): Simon Business School, University of Rochester, NY, USA. He worked in Wall Street, for about 12 years as an analyst and a consultant at various financial firms. He worked as an equity research analyst and an investment banker at CIT and NMB respectively for almost 10 years.

Mr Basyal is the capital market expert, who brings more than 13 years of exposure in the capital markets of India and Nepal. Mr. Basyal has special expertise in Elliot wave and technical analysis, which is considered as the one of the best-suited skills for making investment decisions. With experience in the investment profession, he is well informed about the market trends backed by research and analytical skills.

Mr. Basyal holds the prestigious designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from ICFAI University, India, B.A. (ECONOMICS) from Panjab University, Chandigarh (U.T.), India and Diploma in Business Finance (ICFAI University, Dehradun, (Uttaranchal), India). He was involved in Master Capital Services Ltd. India as Manager, Research and Advisory, Berkeley Securities Pvt. Ltd. as Sr. Manager, Research and Advisory and Market Pundit Research and Investment Advisory, India as Sr. Research and Investment Analyst.
